Greetings! 
I am Terrence Dan B. Ambon, a fourth year student taking up Juris Doctor at University of Batangas.  I am currently writing my thesis entitled “ Minor’s Wrongful Act: Setting Parameters on In Loco Parentis Authority of Teachers under Article 218 and 219 of the Family Code”. 
In line with this, I am seeking data regarding the deliberations by the FC Committee specifically on Articles 218 and 219.
