May I humbly request to your kind office a certified true copy of "BILIHAN NG LUPA" notarized on March 20, 1953 at City of Manila. It was signed by Notary Public Mr. Mariano Manahan JR. The vendor is Mr. Victorio San Pedro. The vendee is Enriqueta San Pedro. The property is located at Sta. Ana, San Mateo, Rizal.
