Hi, good day. 

I am Corazon Dalayoan and I’m humbly seeking for your assistance and request your good office to help me retrieve my grandfather’s birth certificate and death certificate for the purposes of connecting his direct heirs. 

Here are the following details:
ROQUE DALAYOAN GONZALES
BIRTHDAY: between JANUARY 1, 1850 to DECEMBER 31, 1910
DEATH: between JANUARY 1,1910 to DECEMBER 31, 1920
MOTHER: JOAQUINA DALAYOAN
FATHER: RAMOS GONZALES
