Good day! I would like to request for a copy of the deliberations of the Joint Civil Code and Family Law Committee particularly for Articles 14, 124, 211, and 225 of the Family Code, giving preference to a father’s decision, and Art. 55, giving sexual infidelity as a ground for legal separation.
