Hi, 

I would like to request for the following documents to process the transfer of land ownership title:

1. Deed of Sale for land title RP-1037 Lot No. 329 dated May 6, 1979 held and signed at Sta. Maria, Laguna.
2. Certified True Copy of the title for the parcel of land (Lot 329 Cad.76 Barangay Longos, Kalayaan, Laguna.

The following documents are necessary to meet the requirements of BIR and Register of Deeds for the official transfer of the land described above.
