Good day. May I request for a certified copy of the ExtraJudicial Settlement and Sale  executed by the Heir-Vendors of Juana Marana and Eleuterio Argote in Legazpi City, Albay, Philippines  with the date indicated July 29, 1976 or 1977. Below are other details regarding the document:
