Goodmorning, I would like to request for the certified true copy of Deed of Absolute Sale from office of the National Archive notarized last March 3, 2004 under Atty. Francisco U. Bulseco Jr. Buyers Nestor A. Oñate & Marina U. Oñate and seller Damaso Oñate. This will be used in BIR for the issuance of eCAR. Thank you.
