1.  Deed of Sale in favor our JOSE ACUNA AND REMEDIOS DELOS SANTOS (BUYER) AND (SELLER) SANTOS NUEZCA AND CONSUELO AGUILLO covered under TCT No. 96585 dated January 3,1974. Notarized by  Atty. Ceferino Collado in Binalonan Pangasinan and entered Doc. No. 170 Page No. 35 Book No XI Series of 1974.

2. Cancellation of the Sec 4 Rule 74 appearing on TCT No, 96585 dated January 3, 1974 notarized  in Binalonan Pangasinan and entered under Doc  No. 166 ; Page No. 36; Book No. XI Series of 1974
