Hi! I would like to make request of the following topic:

I have read that there are two Duterte clans originating in Cebu. I would like to know if WWII soldier PVT. Catalino Duterte, who is inscribed in the walls of the missing at the Manila American Cemetery, is related to our president?

And if you have any sources/ references that could point if they are related or not, it will be a great help.
