Good day, 

As I have read from PSA's website, birth certificates of people born pre-war period (1945-below) are to be requested from the National Archives of the Philippines. This is to request a copy of my grandmother's birth certificate. Her name is Cesaria Gallo Donayre. She was born in Tudela, Cebu on February 17, 1939. Her mother's name was Agueda Sanchez and her father's name was Jose Mercader Donayre.
