Birth December 21, 1864
Death December 28, 1934

c. Flora Filoteo Rubin De Celis ( daughter of Don
Lucas Rubin De Celis, Spanish engineer from
Asturia Spain)

Birth February 10, 1872
Death January 2, 1948

This is for an application of Spanish Citizenship.
