Hello, good day po.I would like to request po the record my late grandmother MARCELA ENTICE SAGOLILI  na tranfer sa father ko name NEPTALI ENTICE SAGOLILI yung transfer of rights po na legal paper na notary ni ATTY ARSENIO LATASA. We cannot locate po kasi nawala yung papeles po. If ever po you can locate from 1973 to 1985. Thank you so much national archive of the Philippines . MORE POWER
