HI ! I would like to ask for a digital copy of the Guardian's Affidavit filed by Atty Lorenzo Suyat of Urdaneta, Pangasinan for Mr Benjamin L. Viernes. I am not sure of the exact date of filing but it was done between April to June in 1958. Please let me know if this entails any cost. Thank you.
