Hello,
I would like to request a copy of a waiver of rights signed between myself and my sister, Mrs. Prudencia T. Ilinon, which was notarized by Attorney Brian Calizo, at his law office located in Kalibo, Aklan.
The document was signed and notarised around April/May 2010. A copy was requested from Atty Calizo but he stated that he does not have it due to previous floodings in Aklan.
The document concerns a parcel of residential land located at Aquino, Ibajay, Aklan with an area of around 312 square meters, more or less.
