Hi,

We need the birth certificate of my father.  Per PSA, the only documents they have are from 1945 to the current year.  PSA directed me to National Archives of the Philippines.

May I request if you have birth details of my father below?

--> Nicomedes Virgo Vergara = Birth Jan 04, 1938
