Hi! I would like to request for the certified true copy of Deed of Absolute Sale  from office of the National Archive notarized last September 4, 1989 under Atty. Teofilo Biagtan of Mangaldan, Pangasinan. Buyer Fulgencio Naife, Sr. and seller Norma E. Naife. This will be used in BIR for the issuance of eCAR.
