Carina de Jesus Amparo to Pamela Hertz dated December 15, 2009 for two condominium units located at Cypress Point Tower, Bonifacio Ridge Condominium covered by CCT Nos. 10955 and 7849 notarized by Francisco Serrano, Doc. No. 158, Page no. 32, Book No. 73 and Doc. No. 159, Page no. 32, Book No. 73, Series of 2009.
