Hi, I am researching for the accomplishments of late ex Mayor Silverio L. Pascua Sr. way back from 1950 to 1960. He was then the first Mayor of Diffun, Nueva Vizacaya but now Diffun, Quirino Province in Cagayan Valley. 

Hope that you can provide any information on his works before as the first Mayor of Diffun.
