Good day!

Presidential Decree No. 1 stipulates that "Integrated Reorganization Plan ...shall be, as it is hereby adopted, approved, and made as part of the law of the land." However, since first encountering the said decree, I could not find any e-copy of the said document. I am hoping that you have an e-copy of the Integrated Reorganization Plan, or if you do not have, you can relay me to the right agency who has a copy of the said document.
