I would like to request for a Certified True Copy of Deed of Donation notarized by Atty Emiliano R. Reyes in the period of July 1984 at Camiling, Tarlac, Philippines. In which a parcel of land (Lot No. 11082-A of subdivision plan Pad-42378 in the province of Tarlac, an area of 1,498 square meters donated by Catalina Mangrobang to Sixto P. Yacas and Alejandra Y. Yacas.
