I would like to request information regarding birth certificates of my Filipino parents. Both are deceased and their birth certificate records were destroyed during the war.

San Jose City, Nueva Ecija
Parents: Nicolas Andres, Maxima Bulatao

Mother:
Teresita M. Guevara
DOB: August 27, 1939
Marikina, Manila
Parents: Demetrio Guevara, Leonora Mendoza

I appreciate any information and assistance in obtaining these documents. Thank you.
