2. Deed of Absolute Sale (Land) 
executed by Vicente de La Peña in favor of Elena Malana with Doc. No. 9, Book no. V, Page No. 34, series of 1976 Notarized by Jacinta B. Tambago

If I can request copies or certifications of non-availability in case.
