Good day! 

I am a student from the University of the Philippines, College of Law. I am currently engaged in writing my thesis which involves the development of psychological incapacity as a ground for declaration of nullity of marriage. 

To aid my research, I am specifically requesting the deliberations on Article 36 of the Family Code.
