Hi, I would like to search for the following documents

1.) General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 1966
2.) GAA FY 1967
3.) GAA FY 1968
4.) GAA FY 1969
5.) GAA FY 1970
6.) GAA FY 1971

I am in need of these documents to get further readings into a potential research topic, which is the Philippine Civic Action Group Vietnam (PHILCAG). A reading of the appropriations for PHILCAG may help me understand the government support for the program.
