Hi! I would like to request a copy of the case decided by RTC Br. 170, City of Malabon in the case docketed as  SCA20-002-MAL entitled :Royal FIshing Corp., et. al. vs. Department of Agriculture Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, and the National Telecommunications Commission. 

Said case will be used as a basis for my JD Thesis as i am currently enrolled under the said program in PUP College of Law. Thank you!
