I would like to request a copy of a Notarial  Affidavit executed by Faustina Paray of JHBF Realty Development Corp., alleging among others that a certain  Lot in BF Better Living Subdivision in Basak, Lapulapu City, Cebu serve as playground of the subdivision, in accordance with  Doc# 294 Page # 59, Book # 29, Series of 2011 of Notary Public of Cebu City Steve R. Siclot, dated Feb 21, 2001
