To Whom It May Concern:

The tracking number of my original FOI request for Birth Certificates of my parents is #NAP-243102327008. I do not know how to respond to the Denial email. The first steps in each section in the links provided from email state "Inquires through telephone or comes personally to the Reference Service Unit". I currently reside in California, United States of America. Is there an option to request these documents? Please advise.
