Hi, I would like to ask a certification of Certificate of Marriage between Filoteo B. Tugnay and Generous B. Llido in any way either Church or Gov.t record in the period of a year between 1930 to 1951. This certificate will be used to support there deed of sale of a property somewhat 1950's Thank you....
