This pertains to a certain parcel of land located at Jaro, Iloilo City known as Lot 4298-A-1 and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. (T-78800) 095-2021002341 registered under the name of Dolores Juaneza vda. de Yu Kong. One of the legal heirs of the said registered owner had recently discovered that the afore – mentioned subject lot was allegedly donated by the late Dolores Juaneza vda. de Yu Kong to certain individual named Sandra A. Griño through a DEED OF DONATION dated March 23, 1995 under Document No. 956; Page No. 23; Book No. 75; Series of 1995.
