I would like to request a copy of the usufructuary rights issued by JHBF Realty Development Corp to BF Better Living Subdvision Homeowners Association.  
It is a document on file, acknowledged before notary public of Cebu City, Villafuesto C. Gabumpa, per Doc# 307, Page # 62, Book # 7 , series of 2015, dated Dec 8, 2015.
