Good day!

I would like to ask if the National Archives of the Philippines has any records of any legislations passed by the Malolos Congress or orders/proclamations issued during the First Philippine Republic? 

I am specifically asking for an e-copy, but if there are any available hard copies (like books or other publications) and that there are ways to avail them, then it is also welcome.
