I would like to request  a copy of Birth Certificates of brothers,  Ernesto Santos  Coronel Sr  born on Sept 11, 1925 and Jose Santos Coronel born on July 16, 1927.  

PSA Mololos advised us to coordinate with you, since they are not keeping records for years 1945 and below.
