Hello! I would like to request for documents related to Mrs. Lorna Perez-Laurel, wife of former senator, Mr. Sotero H. Laurel II.

I need to gather information about her for my research so that I can come up with her biography and also for the preparation for her 98th birthday on September.

I would like to request for the following:

1. Copy of her Birth Certificate
2. Family tree
3. Awards and Contributions (if available)
4. Other documents related to her that could help me with my research.
