I would like to have to request into your good office a copy of the proclamation no. 2469 or known as  "DECLARING THE 14TH OF DECEMBER 1985 AND EVERY YEAR HEREAFTER AS SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN SAN MIGUEL, BULACAN".
