You asked for RETENTION OF RECORDS IN CLINICAL LABORATORY.

Response to Request

Based on the DOH approved Record Disposition Schedule, Clinical Laboratory Test for In-patient have 10 years retention period while for Out-patient is 7 years. You may refer to DOH-RDH or to the agency RDS.
