Greetings ! 
I would like to inquire about any document your good office has related to lot no. 2-C-1 in NR No. 06 -0000001 with Psu - 151404 presently lot no. 6873 in CAD 704-D, Malay Cadastre located at Sitio Cagban, Brgy. Manocmanoc, Boracay lsland, Malay, Aklan, particularly certified copies of the said Psu and its certificate of title if there is any.
 Should there be additional documents related to the above mentioned land that your office has, I would like to request their certified true copies as well.
I am gently asking for your response urgently asap . Thank you kindly
