Naoe 07:22 PM, Jan 12, 2022

I am requesting any deed of sale and transfer tax if paid. I am, Nanette B. Naoe the new owner of the mentioned lot with TCT 11788 with clean title under my name already. However the Tax Dec is still in the name of the original owner of the lot , Nora Villanueva. The Taguig City hall is requiring me to submit the Deed of Sale. I could not produce since I did not transact with the lot owner. It is the developer. The developer is no longer existing. I bought the property as house and lot low cost housing thru Unified Lending program of SSS. I paid for 25 years at National Home Mortgage
