Hi,

I represent the heirs of Rufino Cena who want to retrieve his properties in Bantayan Island Cebu. He left his properties to his cousin verbally in the height of the second world war.

He then was unable to go back to Bantayan Island and established business in Cadiz Negros until his death.

The heirs want to retrieve his properties.
