I am looking for ANY birth records of Liborio Fabiala that includes, but not limited to, birth certificate, birth register, and baptismal records. He was born around 1883 in Corcuera, Romblon. His parents were Corcuera Justice of the Peace Liborio Fabiala and Simona "Monre" Fondevilla. Thank you.
