Bought medical grade equipment in full. Agreed for parcel to be sent since paid already. Asked for additional fees, paid for delivery but kept asking for additional fees that they could not explain the reason for the add-ons. Kept telling me that it needs to be paid so items will be shipped

We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
