Hi Team,

I already filed a complaint with my bank for an unauthorized transaction. My money has been used without my consent for online purchases. I have never clicked any link, visit any website, or open any phishing/scam email that would compromise my accounts. I usually receive an OTP for any purchases that I will be doing online but on the 28th of January, I have never received any single OTP for 6 unauthorized transactions that happened and I always receive a copy of purchases through my email but for the unauthorized transaction I didn't receive anything. I need some help thank you.
