Online scam (fake seller)

Purpose: To get my money back and that no one will be a victim of this fake seller anymore.

Last November 27, 2023, I saw her post (Iris Samantha cruz) on Facebook Marketplace selling an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I inquired and decided to order the product. We agreed that I will send her a downpayment first amounting of ₱1000 on November 29 from my gcash account to her PayMaya account. On December 5, she informed me she has already shipped the iPhone through LBC. I waited for a few days until I personally visited an LBC branch to inquire. i was informed that there was no such package under my name. so i cancel my order and she agreed but until now she kept making excuses and ignored my call
