Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to ask your assistance to claim back the money that was stolen in my BPI credit card account by a scammer last Nov. 4, 2023 (09204051881). I already reported to BPI about this incident with reference number 1116-0121 and advice me to talk to grab as this is what they use for the transaction and ask for a reversal of the transaction. I already talked to Grab about this and they said they will investigate the case, but until now I don't received any email for the investigation.
