Hi Sir/Ma'am, 

Good Day! 
I am writing to report a significant issue regarding a recent transaction involving a fund transfer from GCash to a PayMaya account. Unfortunately, an error occurred, resulting in the transfer of funds to the wrong mobile number. 

Here are the relevant details of the incorrect fund transfer:
Date of Transfer: October 14, 2023
Gcash Mobile #Used: 09692394029
Amount Transferred: 5,500.00
Correct Paymaya #: 09692394029
Incorrect Paymaya #: 09692394028

I already tried calling the recipient #, but every time the number rings she/he always drop my calls.

Please see attached proof of wrong transfer for your reference.  
already report to pay maya & gcash, unfortunately hindi nila ma retrieve yung money daw po. solution is to talk the recipient. but hindi po siya sumasagot sa call & messages ko po. please help as per Maya & gcash wala na po sla magawang tulong to retrieve my money.
