I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of great concern involving BNYPAL & TRADING, specifically their paluwagan scheme, which has resulted in financial losses and distress for numerous individuals, including myself and my friend Michelle. We invested in the BNYPAL & TRADING paluwagan scheme, facilitated by Ms. Kristine Orteza, who served as the sales associate. The promised investment payouts scheduled for December 15, 2023, have not been received, and I also have an upcoming investment payout this coming January 10, 2024, and our attempts to communicate  with Ms. Kristine Orteza
