Hi, I would like to ask help with regard to this online lending app - ipeso. They are claiming that I have loan  but cannot send any proof that they approved a loan for me. They can’t even provide the reference number for the transaction. They kept on sending threat emails and kept on messaging my friends thru facebook. They are also using fake identity. Best way to contact me is thru email: stephanietanzon20@gmail.com

Also, the bank account behind this scam I believe is 01124000051 from Allbank INC. 

Asking for your urgent assistance with this matter. Thank you so much

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
