I have been scammed by a facebook user named Alecia Chua and I would like to report this person from taking away my money via online b2b transfer. I was supposed to buy a dining set and sofa which was posted thru facebook marketplace and after paying and sending my screenshot of online payment, upon Lalamove personnel's arrival the seller have blocked all calls and blocked me on chat where we transacted.

Hope you can assist me retrieving my hard earned money. Already reported this to bank but they are not helping unless demand comes from your office.
