Hi! I would like to request a refund for my payment for NBI Clearance, amounting to One Hundred and Sixty Pesos (Php 160.00) with Reference No. 866477351. The payment was done thru Gcash App. 

The reason for this request is that, I made a mistake regarding the application of NBI Clearance. I applied through the 'Renewal of Clearance' instead of 'Applying for New', not knowing the renewal is only available in Manila. But I am here in Lucena City, and I suppose to pick up my clearance here. The reference no. of the clearance is MP4CE0BRU9. I hope you can consider my request. Thank you
