Good day!

I, Mel John L. Lumacang, would like to file a complaint against Mr. Aldrin O. Talplacido, who ran an investment scam through Network Marketing whose company was named Top Marketing Global based in Cabanatuan City. He allured us, investors, here in Sarangani Province to invest in his company with a promised return of 40% every after 15 days good for three cycles with a total of 45 days. Within 45 days, our capital was said to bear 120% and after the said cycle, our invested capital will be returned.  However, it was not what happened because he ran away with my Php 200,000.00.
