I WAS SCAMMED OF ONE OF THE STORES ON INSTAGRAM, NAMED IP GADGETS.

I want to complain due to a scammed transaction. I was about to buy a cellphone at one of the stores on Instagram and I paid 6,000 pesos. I sent the money to CIMB PH Inc. bank with the account number 20867601194650 and named IP GADGETS. I thought our transaction was succeeded, however, they asked me again to send another 10,500 pesos for LBC Delivery release our orders. They created also a fake DTI Permit for scamming people. 

I'm hoping that you will do your best and take action on this matter. Locate and arrest them for using you to scam people. Moreover, help me to get my money back.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
